This morning ,I receiving a “disturbing email” that left me troubled the whole day.
It was written by a publishing editor of a renown giant marketing company in the world!
Guess what? It was about a recent blog post I published on my blog…
I noticed your recent blog on our Stanford Who’s Who website and in your online profile and I took the liberty of posting it to our Facebook page. You can see it if you go to: www.facebook.com/stanfordwhoswho
As the new Publications Editor here at Stanford, one of the projects I?m currently working on is our next issue of IN-NETWORK Magazine. IN-NETWORK is published bi-annually and includes many exciting features including: Member success stories, Members Make a Difference, Corporate Strategies, technology and website reviews, as well as exclusive members-only discounts and promotions. The magazine appeals to the wide variety of professional that make up the network of Stanford members.
We are reaching out to a small group of our members who we feel can make a positive contribution to our magazine. Perhaps you would be interested in telling our members your inspiring story so that we may include your in the Members Success section of the next issue of our magazine? I see that you spend a great deal of time helping the sick and their relatives and that you are looking to build a hospital in Zambia for those who have no access to affordable medical facilities. I would love to tell your story to the fellow Stanford members.
Please let me know if you might be interested in writing an article for consideration in the next issue of IN-Network. There is no charge to be included and all member contributed articles will have their photo as well as all their contact information included in the article. I look forward to hearing back from you at your convenience.
With professional respect,Dana M. Jarrett, Publications EditorStanford Who’s Who
